Terry Swanson is responsible for maximizing the company's growth and profitability through the delivery of hybrid IT solutions. He leads a seasoned management team dedicated to creating an everyday perfectly delighted customer experience in accordance with the highest ethical standards and principles.
Terry joined OneNeck in 2011 as CEO of two subsidiary companies. In January 2017, he was named president and CEO. He works out of the OneNeck office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Terry held various leadership positions with a number of prominent IT firms. Collectively, he has over 30 years of experience and exposure to a wide range of vertical markets with leading technology companies, which provides him the insights necessary to facilitate OneNeck's rapid growth.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology.
Clint Harder is responsible for shaping OneNeck’s product development and technology strategy.His focus is on driving revenue by bringing new products and partnerships to market. Additionally, Clint is a senior member of the business development team at OneNeck’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems. In this role, Clint helps to evaluate strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities.
In June 2011, Clint joined OneNeck as the vice president of Product Strategy. He was promoted to CTO in June 2013 and has held other senior roles during the company's evolution. He currently works out of the OneNeck office in Denver, Colorado.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Clint served as a consultant where he provided guidance to TDS Telecom and other companies on developing and growing their IT services strategies. He has extensive professional experience in waterfall and agile software development, manufacturing and IT process engineering and total quality system management.
Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California-Berkeley and is an alumnus of the Boulder Outdoor Survival School.
Bob Gleisner was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of OneNeck in March 2018. In this role, Bob will focus on the company’s growth strategies and financial objectives.
Bob has been with TDS, parent company of OneNeck, since 1991. Most recently, he was the director of Shared Services and Corporate Accounting. Bob has a broad base of financial skills and a diverse set of cross-functional skills. During his nearly 30 years with TDS, Bob developed a strong track record as an accomplished leader.
Early in his career, Bob was appointed by the CIO to the IT Senior Leadership team, responsible for providing financial input on key decisions, driving the annual budget and forecasting processes, generating key management reports and assisting with business case analyses. Bob has been an instrumental member in a variety of functions, including information technology services procurement, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management and operational strategy. Bob is a problem solver known as a driver of strategic initiatives and process improvement.
Bob holds an MBA with accounting emphasis, from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, a Masters of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin — Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, with accounting emphasis, from the University of Wisconsin — Whitewater. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Katie provides direct leadership over Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). She is responsible for overseeing and driving security and compliance efforts for the company and customers.
Katie is accountable for ensuring OneNeck services are built and managed according to the foundational security principles of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA). To achieve the CIA triad, she works closely with the OneNeck teams accountable for adhering and improving services, based on key industry best practice frameworks such as ISO, ITIL and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework. In addition, she oversees these teams as they work to minimize, identify and address information security risks. These teams, under Katie’s guidance, also maintain a compliance and certification portfolio that is relevant to customers including: EU–U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), SSAE 18 examinations, PCI Data Security Standard validation, and HIPAA and HITECH examinations.
Prior to joining OneNeck in September 2011, Katie spent 13 years, in various technical and management roles, within the Managed Services team of a prominent Midwest IT firm.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Dave Flynn leads the Services team and is responsible for customer service delivery, architectural engineering for cloud and shared services platforms, project management, and the professional and transition engineering teams. This talented group of employees includes technical service delivery, operations and project managers. Together, their advanced technical skills and expertise help OneNeck’s customers select, design, build, implement and manage advanced technical solutions.
Dave joined OneNeck in 2014 as the vice president of Professional Services and transitioned into his current role in January 2016. He works out of the office in Madison, Wisconsin.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Dave gained critical experience working for an independent software vendor. His focus centered on delivering CPQ software in the building industry. After beginning his career in technical consulting, Dave joined a major IT company in Wisconsin and spent more than a dozen years leading their Professional Services teams.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Hank Koch is responsible for the care of OneNeck’s mission-critical data center infrastructure and Managed Services. This includes ensuring uptime, managing capacity, controlling operating costs and overseeing projects at all eight of OneNeck’s data centers. . In addition, Hank is accountable for the delivery quality and responsiveness of OneNeck’s Managed Services. He is also accountable for client satisfaction and improving the underlying performance and efficiency of the company’s Managed Services.
Hank leverages his extensive experience in IT infrastructure and data center facilities management to keep OneNeck’s mission critical assets best-in-class. He is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. He joined OneNeck in August 2009. Prior to joining OneNeck, he worked for a $2 billion provider of electronic and print financial services. He had many roles there, including VP of IT Infrastructure and VP and General Manager of Data Centers. In these roles, Hank had responsibility for operating many of the largest electronic funds transfer (and ATM) networks in the United States, as well as globally.
Hank holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Wisconsin – Superior and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. He also completed studies in the IT Services Delivery summer program at Harvard University Business School.
Jeff Budge leads the advisory consulting team and contributes to the company's strategy and direction. He has nearly 30 years of experience in management and advisory consulting, IT architecture, product management and enterprise business applications and technologies.
His career spans a variety of leadership positions with a number of prominent IT and consulting firms. The list of Jeff's prior roles includes Global Oracle CTO for platform, virtualization and technology; North America CTO of the Oracle ERP Practice and Data Center and Operations manager. Jeff has multiple certifications and specializations across a breadth of hardware, software and business application areas.
Jeff has a deep passion for the arts and spends most of his free time supporting the performing arts in various forms. An active musician, Jeff plays the euphonium in a community wind symphony. He also provides video and audio support for various groups in the Knoxville area, including the Tennessee Children's Dance Ensemble and the Knox County Schools.
Jeff earned his Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a minor in Music Performance, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Jim de la Pena leads the sales team at OneNeck. His team is responsible for developing unique hybrid IT solutions to meet customers’ distinctive and highly complex needs.
Jim joined OneNeck in 2011.
Based in Denver, Jim has had responsibility for various OneNeck teams, including architecture, engineering and sales. He was promoted to VP of Enterprise Sales in November 2014. Then, in August 2015, Jim assumed his current role. Prior to joining OneNeck, Jim held engineering, sales and leadership positions supporting a broad base of technologies and various customer segments.
Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from Colorado Technical University.
Lance Hanchey leads several teams at OneNeck, including the Service Desk, Infrastructure Services and Enterprise Application Services. He also has responsibility for the Service Management Organization.
Lance joined OneNeck in August 2016; he is based in the Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to joining OneNeck, Lance spent more than 30 years with a major IT provider working in various roles, including disaster recovery/business continuity, data center operations and managed services.
Lance holds an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Corey Livingston is responsible for building awareness and familiarity of the OneNeck brand. In this capacity, she has responsibility for introducing impactful marketing programs that drive demand for products and solutions across the OneNeck portfolio. This includes defining the marketing strategy, value proposition and key messages; maturing segmentation and targeting; modernizing the marketing technology stack and data infrastructure; and ensuring effective nurturing of prospects and customers throughout their buying journey.
Corey joined OneNeck in April 2017; she is based in the Denver, Colorado office. She has more than a dozen years of experience leading and directing the vital marketing functions at a major communications company. She has experience directing market research and intelligence, marketing operations, marketing shared services and integrated marketing. In 2017, Corey was nominated for a Markie Award in the “Modern Marketing Leader of the Year” category, which recognizes individuals who are the driving force behind exceptional marketing.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.
