Terry Swanson is responsible for maximizing the company’s growth and profitability through the delivery of professional IT solutions for businesses. He leads a seasoned management team dedicated to creating custom IT solutions in accordance with the highest ethical standards and principles.
Terry joined OneNeck in 2011 as CEO of two subsidiary companies. In January 2017, he was named president and CEO with a mission to expand the company’s vision, culture and business processes and drive OneNeck’s next phase of growth. He works out of the OneNeck office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Terry held various leadership positions with a number of prominent technology firms including industry-leading manufacturers and solution providers. Collectively, he has over 30 years of experience and exposure to a wide range of vertical markets with leading technology companies, which provides him the insights necessary to facilitate OneNeck’s rapid growth.
Terry has a passion for photography and spends much of his free time photographing wildlife and landscape images across North America. He is an affiliate photographer with WorldPix, a charitable organization whose mission is to make a difference in people’s lives by capturing the beauty of nature through photographic images and returning the proceeds from those images to philanthropic causes within the country where the image was taken.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota.

Clint Harder is responsible for shaping OneNeck’s product development and technical strategy. His focus is on driving revenue by bringing new products and partnerships to market. Additionally, in his role as senior member of the business development team at OneNeck’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems (TDS), Clint helps evaluate strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities.
In June 2011, Clint joined OneNeck as the vice president of Product Strategy. He was promoted to CTO in June 2013 and has held other senior roles during the company's evolution. He currently works out of the OneNeck office in Denver, Colorado.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Clint served as a consultant where he provided guidance to TDS Telecom and other companies on developing and growing their IT professional services strategies. He has extensive experience in waterfall and agile software development, manufacturing and IT process engineering and total IT project management services.
Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California-Berkeley and is an alumnus of the Boulder Outdoor Survival School.
Bob Gleisner has focused on OneNeck’s growth strategies and financial objectives since being promoted to Chief Financial Officer in March 2018. Bob has been with Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., parent company of OneNeck, since 1991, most recently as the director of Shared Services and Corporate Accounting.
Bob has a broad base of financial skills and a diverse set of cross-functional expertise. During his nearly 30 years with TDS, Bob developed a strong track record as an accomplished leader.
Early in his career, Bob was appointed to the IT Senior Leadership team, by the CIO. He was responsible for providing financial input on key decisions, driving the annual budget and forecasting processes, generating key management reports and assisting with business case analyses.
Bob has been an instrumental member in a variety of functions, including IT project management services procurement, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management and operational strategy. Bob is a problemsolver known as a driver of initiatives from strategic IT security planning to process improvement. Bob holds an MBA with accounting emphasis from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin, a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with accounting emphasis from the University of Wisconsin—Whitewater. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Katie McCullough provides direct leadership over Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). She is responsible for overseeing and driving strategic IT security planning and compliance efforts so the company can deliver custom IT solutions to customers.
As the CISO, Katie is accountable for ensuring OneNeck services are built and managed according to the foundational security principles of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA). To achieve the CIA triad, she works closely with the OneNeck teams accountable for adhering and improving professional IT services based on key industry best practice frameworks such as ISO, ITIL and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework. In addition, she oversees the employees who work to minimize, identify and address information security risks. Under Katie’s guidance, these teams maintain a compliance and certification portfolio that is relevant to customers including: EU–U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), SSAE 18 examinations, PCI Data Security Standard validation, and HIPAA and HITECH examinations.
Prior to joining OneNeck in September 2011, Katie spent 13 years in various technical and management roles within a prominent managed IT security services provider in the Midwest.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Dave Flynn leads the Services team at OneNeck and is responsible for professional services delivery of advanced solutions for the benefit of OneNeck customers. This talented group of employees includes Solution Architects, Engineers and Project Managers. Together, their advanced technical skills and expertise help OneNeck’s customers select, design, build, implement and transition hybrid cloud solutions to drive the realization of customer business value.
Dave joined OneNeck in 2014 as the vice president of Professional Services. For two and a half years, he led the OneNeck Managed Services team and then transitioned into his current role in late 2018. He works out of the OneNeck office in Madison, Wisconsin.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Dave gained critical experience working for an independent software vendor, with a focus on delivering CPQ software in the building industry. After beginning his career in technical consulting, Dave joined a major IT solutions provider in Wisconsin and spent more than a dozen years leading their Professional Services teams.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Hank Koch is responsible for the care of OneNeck’s missioncritical data centers and managed security services. This includes ensuring uptime, managing capacity, controlling operating costs and overseeing projects at all eight OneNeck data centers. In addition, Hank is accountable for the delivery quality and responsiveness of OneNeck, helping it remain a reliable cloud managed services provider. He is also accountable for client satisfaction and improving the underlying performance and efficiency of the company’s managed IT services and support.
To keep OneNeck’s mission-critical assets best-in-class, Hank leverages his extensive experience in IT infrastructure and data center security services management. He works out of the OneNeck office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Prior to joining OneNeck in August 2009, Hank worked for a $2 billion provider of electronic and print financial services. He had many roles there, including VP of IT Infrastructure and VP and General Manager of Data Centers. In these roles, Hank was responsible for operating many of the largest electronic funds transfer (and ATM) networks in the United States, as well as globally.
Hank holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Wisconsin–Superior and an Electrical Engineering Master’s Degree from Marquette University. He also completed studies in the IT Services Delivery summer program at Harvard University Business School.
Jeff Budge leads the advisory consulting team and contributes to the company’s product and service portfolio strategy, planning and direction. He has nearly 30 years of experience in management consulting, advisory consulting, IT architecture, product management and enterprise business applications and technologies.
Jeff’s career spans a variety of leadership positions with a number of prominent consulting and managed IT services providers. The list of his prior roles includes Global Oracle CTO; North America Oracle ERP CTO; and Data Center and Operations manager. He also has multiple certifications and specializations across a breadth of hardware, software and business application areas.
A deep passion for the arts inspires Jeff to spend most of his free time supporting the performing arts in various forms. An active musician, Jeff plays the euphonium in a community wind symphony. He also provides video and audio support to various groups in the Knoxville, Tennessee area, including the Tennessee Children’s Dance Ensemble and the Knox County Schools.
Jeff earned his Bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a minor in Music Performance, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Chris Rommeney is responsible for OneNeck’s revenue growth, partnerships and, most importantly, customer satisfaction. His team is as steadfast in their commitment to company growth as they are in helping businesses select the professional IT solution that best fits their distinctive and highly complex needs.
Prior to joining OneNeck in 2018, Chris was a regional VP of Global Sales for a national telecom provider, managing a team that was accountable for generating $310 million in annual revenue. Overall, Chris has nearly 25 years of experience in sales in the IT industry, holding a number of leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility. He works out of the office in Denver, Colorado.
Chris is an accomplished professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in developing and leading sales organizations that consistently exceed revenue and sales objectives. He is extremely well-versed in cloud managed services, SaaS, IaaS, data center security services and MPLS. In addition, Chris is a resourceful problem-solver, with the ability to conceptualize cost-effective solutions for customers that address challenging IT situations.
Chris earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Physical Education from Towson University in Towson, Maryland.
Reporting directly to the CEO of OneNeck, Corey is responsible for establishing the marketing vision and strategy to achieve OneNeck’s aggressive sales and revenue growth goals.
As vice president of Marketing, Corey is accountable for introducing impactful marketing programs and initiatives that drive brand affinity and market demand for services and solutions across OneNeck’s broad portfolio.
Key areas of her leadership focus include continuous optimization of segmentation and targeting; strengthening the core value proposition; creating and telling audience-centric stories; modernizing the marketing technology stack; customer acquisition and nurturing; and defining marketing performance in terms of business impact.
Corey joined OneNeck in April 2017 and works out of the office in Denver, Colorado. She brings more than a dozen years of deep marketing expertise in go-to-market planning and execution, market research and intelligence, analyst relations, creative services, demand generation, sales enablement, marketing analytics and results-orientation to the position.
In 2017, Corey was nominated for a Markie Award in the “Modern Marketing Leader of the Year” category, which recognizes individuals who are the driving force behind exceptional marketing.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
