Jim de la Pena is responsible for shaping OneNeck’s strategy, product development, and internal project management. In this role, Jim focuses on developing unique and highly-complex hybrid IT solutions, and bringing them to market in order to drive revenue.
Jim joined OneNeck in 2014 as the Director of Sales and Architecture. He was quickly promoted to Vice President of Sales and responsible for driving the company’s revenue, partnerships and, most importantly, customer satisfaction. In late 2018, Jim transitioned into his current role.
Prior to joining OneNeck, Jim was with a worldwide IT technology conglomerate where he successfully supported a broad base of technologies and customer segments.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Colorado Technical University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
