    • Triage of Microsoft 365 incidents.
    • Troubleshoot and work to resolve Microsoft 365 incidents.
  • Microsoft 365 Configuration
    • Advise Client on Microsoft 365 configuration best practices.
    • Add, edit, remove, adjust Microsoft 365 configurations to compliment the Client’s business requirements.
    • Support of integration aspects of Microsoft 365 as integrated with an on-premise Microsoft Exchange environment is only included if the Company is contracted to manage Client’s on-premise Microsoft Exchange environment.
  • Designated Contact Technical Support, available during the following hours:
    • 24/7 technical support for priority 1 and 2 incidents.
    • 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, Monday to Friday technical support for priority 3, 4 and 5 incidents.

      • Client’s local Active Directory (AD) that is being synchronized to Azure AD.
