COVID-19 Customer Update

To all our valued OneNeck customers,

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a branch of Homeland Security, has been working with critical infrastructure partners to prepare for possible disruptions to critical infrastructure sectors that may stem from widespread illness as a result of the rapid spread of COVID-19.

They believe, as we do, that certain critical infrastructure industries have a special responsibility in these times to continue operations, including the Information Technology and Communications sectors.

Due to OneNeck's critical infrastructure status as an IT services company, we have requested and received waivers to aide us in our response and restoration efforts as more state and local governments initiate shelter-in-place orders to clamp down on non-essential travel and prevent the spread of the virus.

These letters indicate that we are providing network connectivity and critical IT services to infrastructure facilities in response to the COVID-19 Declaration of National Emergency. We have issued these letters to our essential personnel, which can be used in case an interstate is closed, a curfew is imposed, or an area/community is blocked off and we need to drive through to reach our facilities and equipment.

Please know we're here for you and we remain committed to serving our customers, even in the most challenging times. Thank you for continuing to trust us.

To prep for our workers working from home, we started an emergency project to get our Cisco phone users into a workable solution. We engaged your staff over the weekend, and they have been responsive and productive in getting this emergency handled with us. We have worked with most of these same OneNeck staff for years, and they are always amazing!
