Assessment and Planning:

Evaluate the current state of the application, including its architecture, dependencies and performance bottlenecks.
Identify the desired modernization goals, such as improving scalability, enhancing security, or enabling new features.
Determine the feasibility of migrating the application to Azure and select the appropriate migration approach (lift and shift, re-platforming, or refactoring).

Migration to Azure:

Lift and Shift: If the application requires minimal changes, it can migrate it to Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) or Azure Container Instances without significant modifications.
