Jim Hoefler is a Practice Manager within the Collaboration group at OneNeck. He has more than 15 years of field experience working with Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration including voice, video and contact center projects ranging in size from 15 to 10,000 phones. Jim also has extensive experience working on a variety of network and wireless projects as well as Windows Server platforms and Exchange mail servers.
Having joined OneNeck in 2004, Jim has had various roles, including Network Engineer, Team Lead and Engineering Manager. Prior to joining OneNeck, Jim was a Network/Systems administrator, responsible for all network, systems and telecom infrastructure, for the City of West Des Moines in Iowa.
Jim graduated (summa cum laude) from Upper Iowa University (Des Moines campus), in Fayette, Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology and Information Management Systems. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate. When not working, Jim enjoys gardening, hiking, fishing and golfing and spending time with family and friends.
