Manufacturer to existing IT environment to accommodate rapid Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., December 15, 2011 – Microsoft Dynamics AX hosting provider, OneNeck, announced today it has entered into a five-year hosting and managed services contract with a leading automotive aftermarket manufacturer in California. Under the terms of the contract, OneNeck will provide support for their Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation, providing them with application administration, database administration, operating system administration, network management, security management and infrastructure management.
As one of the largest aftermarket automotive manufactures in the United States, the partnership with OneNeck will provide the company with the ability to complete their Dynamics AX implementation without needing to hire any additional IT staff, further avoiding costs. OneNeck is transitioning the current IT environment from their existing hosting provider in Massachusetts, to OneNeck’s Arizona facility. The decision to change was based on OneNeck’s deep Dynamics AX expertise, as well as the ability to offer well-defined service level agreements, 24/7 support and industry leading Dynamics AX hosting expertise- all of which were elements missing from their previous hosting provider relationship.
“Another leading manufacturer’s decision to join our Dynamics AX hosting family reinforces OneNeck’s position as a leading ERP outsourcing provider,” said OneNeck CEO Chuck Vermillion. “Our dedication to delivering reliability, innovation, and exceptional customer service to the growing AX market is a key strategy for our organization.”
