OneNeck to Provide Support for The Jackson Laboratory’s Critical IT Environment
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 15, 2011- Dynamics AX managed services company, OneNeck, announced today it has entered into a three-year managed services contract with The Jackson Laboratory. Under the terms of the contract, OneNeck will provide remote management of their Microsoft Dynamics AX environment, including application administration and database administration. In addition, OneNeck will provide third party support for several other applications in their AX environment.
Located in Bar Harbor, Maine and Sacramento, California, The Jackson Laboratory’s work includes genetic research, scientific services and education to laboratories around the world. As is the case with many organizations today, it was difficult for them to develop or attract the Dynamics AX talent needed to manage their ERP environment. The partnership with OneNeck provides them with highly skilled AX resources, while improving system performance and availability without having to hire additional IT staff.
