This position is responsible for utilizing a working knowledge of the latest releases of the Oracle Financial suite in supporting OneNeck clients, and will function as the highest point of escalation for Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) related issues within OneNeck. This position is expected to maintain a working relationship with key individuals within OneNeck and within OneNeck customers’ organizations. This position will escalate issues to Oracle and should be familiar with their Metalink Service Request. Critical success factors for this role are the ability the identify the root cause of complex issues within a reasonable amount of time, and to work with customers, vendors and OneNeck technical resources to devise appropriate short-term and long-term solutions. Provide remote functional support for OneNeck customers’ Oracle 11i applications, primarily in the areas of GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, INV, PO. Some HR, OTL, and ADI support required. Ability to perform SQL queries and create/modify Discoverer reports. SysAdmin, Workflow, and Inter-Company is a plus. Depending on the chosen candidate, this position will be out of either our Houston, Texas or Scottsdale, Arizona offices. SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Expert Knowledge of the Oracle 11i (11.5.10) e-Business Suite Architecture. Expert Knowledge of the following modules: General Ledger (GL) / Inter-Company experience a plus. Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) / with emphasis on depreciation methods. Cash Management (CE) Inventory (INV) Purchasing (PO) / Workflow experience a plus. Working Knowledge of the following modules: Project Accounting (PA) / Costing & Billing Human Resources (HR) Time & Labor (OTL) Technical Expertise with: Discoverer (4.1.37+) Application Desktop Integrator (ADI) SQL queries Oracle 11i e-Business Suite System Administration Other Desired Skills/Experience: Optio Reporting Accounting Background Utility Industry Experience R12 Implementation 10% travel to customer site. EDUCATION: 4 Year Degree EXPERIENCE: 5+ years
