- What type of customer would be a good fit with OneNeck?
The criterion for a prospective OneNeck customer varies greatly. Typically, the more comprehensive solution a prospect considers, the higher the potential value OneNeck offers. For example, a pure co-location requirement is probably best served by a focused co-location provider. However, if the customer is considering managed services as a part of their outsourcing initiative, OneNeck is an excellent fit.
As a general rule, OneNeck's services suit mid-market customers best and we define a mid-market customer as such:
- Revenues: $50M - $1B (sweet spot: $200M - $800M)
- Employees: 200 - 500
- Industry Sector: Manufacturing Distribution, Construction, Retail, Utilities, Food and Beverage, Life Sciences verticals
- IT Environment:
- Use an ERP application as engine or backbone of their system
- Have a moderately complex to very complex IT infrastructure
- Is interested in customized solutions through extended functionality applications (i.e.: CRM, EDI, WMS, etc.) and application development.
- What is OneNeck’s financial condition?
OneNeck is a fast growing privately owned enterprise, and has been profitably run since inception in 1997. The majority of OneNecks revenue, approximately 90%, is derived from long-term contracts, providing little variability in profitability. We recognize that outsourcing mission critical applications with a stable and profitable enterprise is critical for our current and potential customers. As a result, we obtain a financial audit each year by an international accounting firm and are willing to share the results of the audit with any party that requires it.
