Louisville Metro Government
Louisville Metro Government of Louisville, Kentucky, provides a wide range of services to the 700,000 residents who live within the 386 square miles of the community. Twelve departments provide services to the public and maintain all operations of Louisville Metro Government, including Public Protection, Metro Police, Economic Development, Codes and Regulations, Parks and Recreation, Housing and Family Services, Public Health and Wellness, Neighborhoods and Community Outreach, Public Works and Assets, Technology Services, Finance and Administration, and Human Resources.
Louisville Metro brought OneNeck in to support their mission-critical Oracle environment. Specifically, OneNeck manages Louisville Metro's Oracle E-Business Suite 11i environment, including network management, Linux administration, and application administration. Louisville Metro Government also takes advantage of OneNeck's data center facilities for disaster recovery.
