Global Technical Apparel Brand Selects OneNeck for High Marks in Customer Satisfaction

SCOTTSDALE, AZ., January 17, 2006 - OneNeck IT Services was recently awarded a three-year managed services contract from Spyder Active Sports, Inc. for its J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. OneNeck will provide Spyder with a single point of accountability that will seamlessly integrate with the ski apparel leader's existing IT operations to manage Spyder's mission critical ERP application and global network. This partnership will allow Spyder to focus on the business of developing and manufacturing high-tech, fashionable ski wear.
Services in the contract include operating systems administration, J.D. Edwards application management, database administration, 24x7 support center and data center services and managing Spyder's global network. Spyder uses the JDE EnterpriseOne platform to manage its finance, logistics and manufacturing functions.
"We chose OneNeck because of their demonstrated success across various industries, technologies and software applications," stated Kevin Smith, Information Systems Director for Spyder Active Sports. "Outsourcing our technology operations has allowed Spyder to focus more of its resources on driving growth in our core business."
Spyder was in an unsatisfactory outsourcing relationship with a vendor that was unresponsive to the company's needs. Therefore, in the new partner selection process, Spyder placed emphasis on high quality customer focus and references. "OneNeck's customer references were excellent," explains Smith. "Once we narrowed down the list of potential service providers based on technical expertise, OneNeck's customer satisfaction ratings differentiated them from their competitors."
"OneNeck is proud to have been selected by such a well-known and respected ski brand as Spyder, especially in light of the rigorous selection process they conducted," stated Chuck Vermillion, CEO for OneNeck. "Since OneNeck's chosen value discipline is customer intimacy, I am especially proud that our passionate focus on customers was a key criterion in winning this deal."
