SCOTTSDALE, AZ., October 23, 2006 — OneNeck IT Services announced today a five-year contract with Dallas-based Hackney Ladish, Inc., a leading global fitting producer of permanent piping with manufacturing plants in Enid, Okla., and Russellville, Ark. OneNeck will provide BPCS application management and AS/400 managed hosting, as well as provide EDI administration.
Hackney Ladish, formerly known as Trinity Fittings Group, Inc. (TFG), recently changed ownership when Trinity Industries, Inc. sold the company to TFG management and Los Angeles-based investment firm of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP).
Hackney Ladish needed a new technical infrastructure since Trinity Industries had been providing centralized in-house ERP support at the time of the sale to LLCP. According to Michael Bodinger, Hackney Ladish's IT Director, "OneNeck had less than 60 days to acquire and install the hardware, bringing our systems live as we moved to a new office," said Bodinger. "OneNeck did an excellent job on the fly, establishing our new technical environment and supporting our implementation of BPCS. Our timeframes were incredibly tight and OneNeck ensured there was no downtime associated with the transition."
