Summary of Position
|
The Client Project Manager is a member of the Project Execution Office and is the owner of programs and projects for the client inside the OneNeck organization. The position is responsible for managing all project requirements from initiation to close and providing status to the client and internal OneNeck teams.

|
Position Description
|
- Participates and contributes as an active member of the Project Execution Team in the definition, creation and execution of plans to meet the short, medium and long-term project objectives
- Manages all aspects of client interaction to ensure deliverables based on client requirements
- Facilitates resource planning to ensure quality of services delivery on projects, and effective support of the operational policies and procedures
- Must apply strong project management skills to define the strategies, scope, plans, schedules, and documentation of solutions
- Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results
- Supports and/or leads any number of programs and projects
- Will typically facilitate meetings and programs that span across multiple departments or clients simultaneously
- Responsibilities will span across multiple geographies & time zones
- Works with and may direct multiple roles within OneNeck, client, and/or subcontractor/partner team organizations

Skills Necessary
|
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to design, development, and implementation of the client’s information systems and software applications
- This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate those in terms of project scope, Project plan, resource requirements, budget and risk
- Ensure that all the daily, weekly and monthly support activities required to deliver on Client project schedules and deliverables are completed in a timely manner
- Escalates any deficiencies identified to the Director and/or the Project Execution Office, or the Client Project Owners
- On-time and on-budget delivery of OneNeck services to a client, and for client satisfaction
- Bringing project leadership experience and a familiarity with OneNeck service offerings, methodologies and associated technologies as pertains to the client functional environment and associated software and hardware configurations
- Experience working with business and technical teams to develop, apply and support a variety of complex and integrated application environment including Oracle EBS
- Planning and tracking multiple projects, resource planning and allocation, task delegation to accomplish project goals and objectives, ensuring timely resolution of issues, using escalation as necessary, creation of ongoing status and evaluation reports, and reporting on team member performance
- Works with OneNeck client teams and OneNeck Client Management and interacts with client staff and management
- Experience working in a multi-functional matrixed resource environment

Education
|
- Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business)
- Project Management Certification (4PM, PMP etc.) is desirable but not required
- ITIL Certification a plus
|
|
Years of Related Experience
|
- Minimum seven years’ industry experience in one or more relevant disciplines
- The Client Project Manager must have a minimum of seven years’ experience managing large complex technical environments and support projects
- Project Management Certification (4PM, PMP etc.)
