Charles Vermillion – Chief Executive Officer
Chuck Vermillion, the Chief Executive Officer and founder of OneNeck IT Services Corporation, is responsible for establishing the strategic vision for the company. He has more than 27 years of experience providing information technology consulting. In October 2011, Chuck was named chairman of the board of the Arizona Technology Council, a trade association that connects, represents, and supports Arizona’s technology industry. He was also selected as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and is the recipient of Ed Denison Business Leader of the Year award. Chuck is a member of 10X CEO, a business laboratory and community for CEOs of fast-growing, middle-market companies.
Chuck started his career with Ernst & Young where he provided consulting services to customers ranging from Fortune 50 companies to $100 million enterprises. During his 12 years with Ernst & Young, Chuck was a primary contributor to the growth of the St. Louis and Phoenix offices. He was also a member of Ernst & Young’s National Manufacturing Practice. Prior to founding OneNeck, Chuck was the Corporate IT Manager for Fiberite, Inc., a $250 million advanced materials manufacturer. At Fiberite, he was responsible for all IT operations. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Tobin – Chief Financial Officer
Mike Tobin, Chief Financial Officer for OneNeck IT Services Corporation, is responsible for all finance and accounting functions. During his OneNeck career, Mike also held the position of Director of Consulting Services. He has worked on many of OneNeck's major accounts as Senior Finance Consultant. In this role, Mike was responsible for assisting OneNeck's customers in developing and realizing their financial structure vision. Mike has been with OneNeck since its inception. Prior to joining OneNeck, Mike was a Manager with Ernst & Young, where he led several major implementations and corporate re-engineering projects. Previously, Mike worked as the Finance Manager at McCulloch Corporation located in Tucson Arizona. Mike holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona. |

Jim Hertle – Chief Operating Officer
Jim Hertle, OneNeck's Chief Operating Officer, has over twenty years of global leadership in Semiconductor Operations, Capital Equipment and Construction Services. He has held numerous leadership positions within Operations and Engineering, most recently with PRI of Phoenix. Prior to joining PRI, Jim spent more than a decade with Freescale Semiconductor /Motorola in progressively more responsible positions in their Microcontroller, Memory, RF, and Networking businesses. Prior to Motorola, he was a Mechanical Engineer at Advanced Semiconductor Materials and General Signal Thinfilm Company. Jim received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University, an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and is Six Sigma certified. |

David Glynn – Chief Administration Officer and General Counsel
David Glynn, Chief Administration Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for OneNeck IT Services Corporation, is responsible for all corporate legal issues, contract negotiations, the company's risk management, human resources, administrative staff and corporate facilities. He is also OneNeck's corporate records custodian. Previously, David worked as Associate Counsel at law firms in Kansas City and Phoenix. He started his own law firm in Phoenix and served as OneNeck's outside legal counsel. David serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law. |

Robert Morel – Senior Vice President
Rob Morel is Senior Vice President of Operations for OneNeck IT Services Corporation. Rob is responsible for the management and delivery of OneNeck's core outsourcing services. Prior to this position Rob managed the delivery of implementation and outsourcing services to major OneNeck clients, where he led teams as large as 20 individuals. Rob has been with OneNeck since its inception. Before joining OneNeck, Rob was the Lead Manufacturing Consultant for an enterprise resource planning system implementation at a $250 million specialty chemical company and has held positions as both logistics and manufacturing Manager for a $70 million division of the company. Rob has over 27 years of management experience in operations, logistics and high technology environments. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University. |

Dawne Britney – Vice President
Dawne Britney is Vice President for OneNeck IT Services Corporation and is responsible for OneNeck's marketing and customer management areas. Dawne has been with OneNeck since the company's inception and previously held the position of Project Director for several global implementations, managing a diverse team of over 20 consultants. Prior to joining OneNeck, Dawne held positions as Lead Distribution and Procurement Consultant and Corporate Procurement Manager for a $250 million specialty chemical company. Dawne holds both a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Arizona State University. |

Paul Zalewski – Vice President
Paul Zalewski is Vice President of Technology for OneNeck IT Services Corporation. He manages the strategic planning and tactical implementation of technology solutions for OneNeck's customers. In addition, Paul is responsible for OneNeck's internal technology needs. Previously, Paul was the Director of Technical Infrastructure Services for OneNeck and was responsible for delivering technology services to customers. Prior to joining OneNeck, Paul was the Data Center Manager for an international Fortune 500 aerospace company. He also served as an outsourcing Program Manager with another Fortune 50 aerospace company at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University. |

Phil Pearson – Vice President
Phil Pearson, Vice President of Consulting, is responsible for leading OneNeck's consulting teams in delivering data-driven performance improvements. Phil has extensive operational and management experience within manufacturing, software, consulting and outsourcing service industries. Over the past few years he has been extensively involved with IT due diligence for M&A and corporate carve-outs and provides an in-depth and balanced perspective on right sizing IT business solutions. Prior to OneNeck, Phil was North America Director of Risk Management for a leading global ERP software firm. Prior to working in IT he managed defense development and prototyping projects for a British manufacturing company. Phil holds a BTEC HNC Electrical Engineering from Guildford College of Technology, England.

Joseph Hanna – Senior Vice President
Joseph Hanna is Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at OneNeck IT Services Corporation. Joe is a technology industry veteran with more than 20 years experience in technology, consulting, and outsourcing. Before joining OneNeck, Joe established and led the North America Oracle Outsourcing division for CSC. Joe also spent five years with Oracle Corporation managing various large implementation projects and has held key technical and management positions with a number of Global 1000 firms across North Africa, the Mediterranean, and Asia. Hunter Bennett – Vice President
Hunter Bennett is Vice President of the Managed Hosting Division for OneNeck IT Services Corporation. Hunter’s technology career spans 12 years of industry leading experience. Before joining OneNeck, Hunter was the CTO for Ensynch. As CTO Hunter served as lead strategist for the development of services that drove greater operational efficiency for customers and expanded the company’s position as an industry leader and innovator. Hunter played a lead role in the development of Ensynch’s suite of Managed Services solutions.
