The primary purpose of oneneck.com is to provide an informational resource for OneNeck's shareholders, customers, employees and other interested parties. We want you to feel secure when visiting our site and we are committed to maintaining your privacy.
Information Gathered
Information on oneneck.com may be gathered in two ways: (1) Indirectly (through our site's technology – i.e. through internet access logs; and (2) Directly (when you provide the information – i.e. through the use of cookies which provide information about your visit to oneneck.com; or voluntary submission by you through registration, an order, or a request). Your use of the OneNeck our internal or external website is your consent to the collection and use of your information described in the OneNeck this Privacy and Security Policy. We will not share or sell any personal identifiable information collected through our OneNeck website with any external parties. Information collected is only available to employees managing the information with the intention of company communication with you.

Use of Information

Information so collected is used solely for the purpose of responding to your request. You may also incidentally submit to us other sensitive personal data -- like political opinions, opinions related to specific employees, or open business proposals. Such unsolicited information is considered non-confidential and nonproprietary by our Legal Statement.
In addition, you may submit your resume to us via email. Any resume so received by us will be held in confidence and used only for the purpose of considering you for employment or such other purpose as requested by you. Such information is not shared with third parties unless specifically requested or authorized by you.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and administer our Web site, to analyze trends, to track user movement and use, and to gather broad demographic information. Such data is not linked to any of your personally identifiable information.
oneneck.com may link to other outside Web sites but oneneck.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. Information Sharing
Use of the site does not require registration. Data submitted to the site may be transferred within OneNeck, including to subsidiaries, strictly for fulfilling or expediting your request. Data submitted to this site will not be shared or sold to any outside parties, unless specifically requested by you; the only exceptions to this being in response to a court order or other legal obligation.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 entitles California customers to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. As stated in this Privacy and Security Policy, we will not sell or share your Personal Information with non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. We do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal data through this Site. If we do seek to collect such data, we will ask you to consent to our proposed uses of the data. We may also collect some sensitive personal data incidentally. By providing us with unsolicited sensitive personal data, you consent to our using the data subject to applicable law as described in this Privacy and Security PolicyStatement. The references to "sensitive personal data" are to the various categories of personal data identified by foreign data privacy laws as requiring special treatment, including in some circumstances the need to obtain explicit consent. Data Security
We take appropriate steps to maintain the security of your data on oneneck.com. You should understand that the open nature of the Internet is such that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended. Any OneNeck employee who may have access to such information is aware of our Privacy and Security Policy through direct notification and training. Children’s Privacy
Our site is not directed toward children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, do not use our site. If we learn that we have collected children's personal information without parental consent, we will delete it from our systems.
Notification of Changes
In the event of any material changes to this Privacy and Security Policy which may impact the practices described on this Web site will be prominently posted on this site. In no event will any such changes to this policy apply with respect to data previously collected through this site. If we receive third-party information passing through our clients systems, we will keep all information in strict confidence and not shared externally. Information relating to our employees personal information passing through our internal computer system will also remain in strict confidence and not shared externally.
