Standing Apart From The Rest
OneNeck believes certifications are critical to demonstrate undeniable expertise with products and platforms. These credentials assure customers that they're getting qualified professionals with proven proficiency.

Effective June 2011, Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 (SSAE 16) replaced the SAS 70 audit standard. SSAE 16 was implemented to update the reporting standards in the United States to comply with international reporting standards. SSAE 16 is an attestation standard established by the AICPA to report on the controls and services provided to our customers. As opposed to the SAS 70 audit standard, compliance with the SSAE 16 attestation standard requires OneNeck to provide a written assertion about the fair presentation of our system’s design, controls, and operational effectiveness. This statement, along with an independent auditor’s evaluation of OneNeck’ s controls, security and change management systems, including: physical and environmental security, problem management, technical support, customer ordering and service delivery, network equipment monitoring and organization, and administration were considered when achieving our SSAE 16 compliance. OneNeck’s successful completion of this rigorous independent audit, assures our customers that our operational processes and controls meet superior standards of security and reliability for our hosted application and managed services.

ITIL® (the IT Infrastructure Library) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practices, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally. It is comprised of a series of documents that are used to support the implementation lifecycle for IT Service Management. This customizable framework is organized into five volumes that provide feedback throughout all areas of the lifecycle. These volumes include: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. ITIL defines how Service Management is applied within our organization and maintains a framework of best practices that enable OneNeck to provide IT Services more efficiently. OneNeck embraces ITIL fundamentals as another avenue to deliver excellent customer service and many of our employees are certified in ITIL.
