OneNeck, in partnership with Louisville Jefferson County Metro IT, was nominated by itSMF USA, for Project of the Year Award, in the Public and Education category. The nomination was attributed to the use of ITIL best practices to better manage Louisville Jefferson County’s Oracle Financial ERP Application along with the associated savings for Louisville Metro under the ITIL umbrella. The itSMF USA Awards program was created to express the appreciation for the work of their member volunteers and to shine the spotlight on members and teams who have made particularly notable contributions to the Service Management industry.
